so I told myself i wasn't going to update today because well I need a break but I was reading The Case for Christ: Student Eddition(very good!) that Katie got my for confirmation. I was in the part when Lee is exploring the crucifixion that made me start cry rigth there on the bus ride home.

"The back of the person being flogged would be so shrereded that parts of the spine was somtimes exposed by the deep cuts. The lashes of the whip would go all the way from the shoulders down to the back, the buttocks, and the backs of the legs. The whip would tear in to underlying flesh and somtimes even expose internal organs."p.85

"As the nails pierced the wrists, they would have crushed the large nerve that goes to the hand. If' you've banged your funny bone you have experienced a jared nerve. Imagine taking a pliers and squeezing the nerver to your funny bone and that is about what it feels like to have spikes drove into your wrist... Man does that show how awsome and loving and just wow Jesus is of what! What could have motivated him to willingly allow himself to be degraded and brutalized the way he was except for his insane love he has for all of us? I mean look at that! His spine was showing and his internal organs were exposed! Yet not once did he use his power to take himself off the cross, becuase he cetainly had the power to. This just made me so greatful for everything he did for me.

SNOW DAY!!!!

So I know i'v gon a bit crazy with the updates lately but hey its a SNOW DAY!!!!

Yah gotta love 'em! I didnt thik we'd get one but we did! So did pretty much 1/2 the state so i can go see all of my burnsville friends who have the dya off too! Snow is so cool, it like fluffy water! How does God do that? He blows me away. So now I get to spend the day with Andy and Grace because my parents have to work. Grace ran down to my room this morning at 6:00 and jumpped on me screaming that we didn't have school today, so I guess sleeping in was out of the question. How does a little 7 year old get up so early???

On friday we were cleaning the house and i got bout 1/2 inch of a colored pencil tip stabbed into my foot. I thougth it was fin my it has gotten really puffy and it hurts so bad to walk that i have been sitting all day! Im supposed to give a talk tomorrow at FCA but my mom is talking about taking me to urgent care instead tomorrow. Im a little scared but mostly i just want to be able to go to FCA!
